Josh Curtis has practiced law for more than a decade in New Jersey. His practice focuses on three areas:

  1. Disputes over wills, trusts, and estates;
  2. Disputes between business partners in corporations, LLCs, and partnerships; and
  3. Appeals to higher courts in all types of matters.

Josh received his law degree from Seton Hall Law School and then worked at several New Jersey law firms before opening his own practice in Hackensack.

He has been counsel in many different cases, including more than 10 cases in the New Jersey Appellate Division and Supreme Court, and has been quoted in the New Jersey Law Journal.  Josh offers non-pretentious, highly personalized counsel and will work tirelessly to win your case.
